Laura Ridlehoover is a former Director at Amazon and Google, where she led product and strategy teams for over fifteen years. With a background in technology and innovation, Laura is passionate about helping organizations grow thoughtfully and sustainably. She is currently focused on advising companies and teaching product management at Dartmouth College.

Laura and her husband, Brad, an architect, moved to Vermont two years ago in search of a deeper community, which they have most certainly found in Brattleboro. Their sons, Grove (6) and Bennett (4), are thriving at Hilltop Montessori and Brad and Laura so appreciate the school’s nurturing environment, commitment to high-quality education, and strong sense of community.

In her free time, Laura loves to read, walk, do yoga, and is slowly learning to garden.
