Jade Newton

Jade grew up in Brattleboro, Vermont, just down the road from Hilltop. She graduated from Academy School, Brattleboro Area Middle School, and Brattleboro Union High School. She went on to study health science at CCV and attended an LPN Nursing Program at Vermont Technical College.

Jade has a background working with young children as a nanny and a substitute teacher at Brattleboro Centre for Children and The Garland School. She brings a passion for health and wellness, nutrition, and early childhood development. Watching her older son thrive in the Montessori environment at Hilltop inspired her to pursue a career in early childhood education. She hopes to finish her degree and complete the Montessori Teaching Certification.

She has two sons, one attending Hilltop in the Children’s house, and the other a future Hilltop student once he is old enough! In her free time, she enjoys being creative, hiking, contra-dancing, and spending time with her family.
