Gregory Breckner works as Hilltop’s Facilities Assistant, helping care for the school’s buildings, grounds, and learning environments. Whether he’s painting, organizing spaces, tackling outdoor projects, or lending a hand wherever it’s needed, Greg enjoys contributing to a campus where children can learn, explore, and thrive.

Outside of Hilltop, Gregory is a snowboard instructor and supervisor at Mount Snow, where he teaches riders of all ages and helps oversee the mountain’s youngest snowboard program. He is also a dedicated youth soccer coach and volunteers his time to Brattleboro Youth Soccer Association while also operating his own soccer development program for kids 3 and up. He enjoys helping young athletes build skills, confidence, and a love of the game. Gregory holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Gettysburg College and brings patience, encouragement, and a positive attitude to everything he does
