Ellie first connected with Hilltop as a toddler parent and is excited to support the school community as a staff member. She spent 10 years working in a combined administrative management and state policy role focused on increasing gender equity.

Ellie grew up in Westminster and returned to the area in 2024. She lived with her partner, Jeff, and their children, Callum & Kenna. When she’s not at Hilltop, Ellie loves baking, cooking, gardening, and kayaking.
