Born and raised in Southern Vermont, Ashley knew she wanted to work with children from a young age. For her third year at Hilltop, Ashley transitioned from the Birch room in Children’s House, and is excited to work with Wendy as the Learning Specialist Assistant. She is currently enrolled at Community College of Vermont and working towards an Early Childhood Education degree, but is interested in exploring the idea of earning a Special Education degree in her new position. Outside of school, Ashley enjoys spending time with her partner Davek, going outside with her cats Astro and Pluto and guinea pig Duke, or playing soccer/ snowboarding. Connecting with family and friends, painting, hiking, and gardening are enjoyed too!
