For families interested our Indexed Tuition Program, more information is available here. The Indexed Tuition Program matches families of all income levels with a level of tuition that is based on their specific situation. Applications for Indexed Tuition are due with the school application through School and Student Services (SSS), and can be submitted here.
Parents interested in the school should plan to attend a Prospective Parent Visiting Day, which will include a tour of the school, observation in a classroom, and a Q&A panel with faculty, the Head of School, Admissions Director and Elementary and Middle School students. Is best to leave your child at home so that you will have ample time to observe, ask questions.

Program Recommendation for Toddler and Children’s House Applications
The Admissions Office will arrange visits for students upon receiving an application and records. Half day visits are scheduled for Elementary and full day visits for those applying to the Middle School. Students applying to the Toddler and Children’s House Programs will be invited to meet with the classroom director and spend some time in the classroom setting.
This is the first day that families can submit their application for Indexed Tuition. Families can do this by completing the Parent Financial Statement (PFS) through the School and Student Services (SSS) website, for academic year 2021-2022.
SSS applications due to apply for Indexed Tuition. Prospect families may apply after this date as funds are available with your school application.
We continue to accept applications until classes are fully enrolled, however we maintain a waiting pool and encourage families to contact us throughout the year.
Please note that if you are applying after the previous school year has ended, and therefore unable to attend parent and student visits while in session, we will work with you to set up meetings with Admissions Director and teachers as possible. These meetings will help to convey what a Montessori education has to offer, and to determine if Hilltop Montessori School would be a beneficial learning environment for your child.
