Before / After School Enrichment
Primary
Any Primary or Kindergarten student currently enrolled at Hilltop is eligible for admission to the Before and After Care programs. The program is based on a regular weekly schedule with daily flexibility. Extended pick up times for first and second year primary students are 3:00, 4:00, and 5:00pm. For kindergarten students the extended pick up times are 4:00 and 5:00pm. Early morning care is available for 3, 4, and 5 year olds beginning at 7:40am. Enrollment is limited and there is a 30-day trial period for new students.
Elementary / Middle School
After school sports and other activities are offered seasonally from 3 to 5 p.m. through the school and classroom newsletters. Program offerings include:
- Spanish
- Art
- Music
- Woodworking
- Cross-country running and skiing
- Soccer, Basketball, Ultimage Frisbee
Winter Sports
(Kindergarten, Elementary and Middle School)
The winter sports program takes place on Thursdays for six weeks after the December break and before February vacation. Kindergarten students have ice skating lessons at Living Memorial Park. Lower Elementary students may choose skating at the park,downhill skiing at Mt. Snow, or cross country skiing at the Brattleboro Outing Club. Upper Elementary and Middle School students have the option of cross-country skiing at the Brattleboro Outing Club or downhill skiing at Mt. Snow. These programs are required and fees are in addition to the school tuition.
